Last week saw a historic event for Rugby High School - our first ever Sixth Form boys competitive football match, played against Rugby Free Secondary School.

Students are celebrating their excellent GCSE results today
Our students have achieved excellent A Level results with 72% of students gaining A* to B grades with nearly 10% reaching A* grades in all their subjects.
Curriculum Enhancement Week has been a huge success at Rugby High this week, with years 7 to 10 embracing a week of learning new skills, trying different activities and surviving the heatwave.
On Monday 11th July, the RHS U13 Football Team took part in a 5-a-side tournament at Solihull Moors. We, alongside Harris Academy, were representing the 'Eastern Warwickshire' area at the 'Coventry, Solihull and Level 3 Warwickshire School Games.' This was following our sterling performance during and qualification from the Level 2 tournament the previous Tuesday.

Every year the Engineering Development Trust runs various programmes and routes into STEM, tailored to different age groups. One of these is the Industrial Cadets Gold Project aimed at students in Year 12, and each year Rugby High School enters one or two teams.
