What does being part of the SSLT mean to our current team?

Lena: "Being part of the SSLT to me just means being a bridge between the students and the teachers. I really do hope that from this role we’ll make a meaningful change as a team."

Marco: "I genuinely love being part of SSLT. We’re such a supportive team, always pushing each other to do better and I hope we can make a real difference together."

Mariam: "Being part of the SSLT means having the opportunity to contribute to our school community and make a meaningful impact by supporting others. I applied for this role because I want to help bring students’ ideas to life, ensure their voices are heard, and make sure they feel valued.

By showing kindness, empathy, and leading by example, I hope to further foster the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that makes RHS such an amazing place for everyone to learn, grow, and thrive."

Jummy: "What being SSLT means to me is not just a title but an opportunity to give back to the school community and help bring a positive impact. I’ve always been passionate about the collective responsibility we have for one another and I believe as a team we can help share this message and make sure everyone feels loved and seen."

Ethan: "It's such a privilege to be a part of SSLT, where I feel that I'm able to contribute ideas and work with a great team to help everyone have a positive sixth form experience. We really feel that by working alongside our teachers that we can create an encouraging environment whilst adding more life to students' school journeys."

Emily: "I feel incredibly proud to be part of such an amazing SSLT team. I’m really looking forward to the year ahead, working alongside the other members to strengthen the RHS community and create an exciting and positive atmosphere for sixth form students."
