A few weeks ago the culture committee had a poetry competition to celebrate black history month. 

The poetry competition winners:

1st place we have Ayesha Sharif in Year 8

2nd place we have Ivany Talla in Year 9

3rd place we have Jessica Hewage in Year 7

and our highly commended poet is Gunjan Shrimali in Year 7.
