Two teams in National Big Bang Final
Year 10 Students presented their projects at the National finals of the Big Bang Science and Engineering Competition 2017
Last week, 2 teams of Year 10 students presented their projects at the the Finals of the Big Bang National Science and Engineering Competition 2017.
Meg Facey, Grace Farmer, Tayma Ferriera and Eva Woodbridge presented Project Prudence, a robot that allows paediatric patients with limited mobility to take part in a game of connect 4.
The other group of Year 10 students, Alice Tittley, Olivia Trace, Helen Warburton and Teresa Zhang showcased their extensive research on facewash and the investigations they had completed. Unfortunately, despite their best efforts, there was some really amazing competition this year and Rugby High didn’t pick up any prizes.
