PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION – AGM
Monday, October 11th at 6:30pm in the Main Hall
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The PTA would like to invite you to join them at our Annual General meeting in October.
We will be meeting in a socially distanced way in the Main Hall of the school with tea and coffee. The meeting will give you a chance to meet other parents and see what the PTA is all about.
We are a passionate group of parents supported by staff who look to raise funds in a fun and sociable way. The extra funding we raise goes directly to equipment and resources to enhance your child’s educational experience. In the last year, for example, we have paid for yoga lessons for pupils, bought ukuleles for the Music Department and funded new equipment for Duke of Edinburgh award expeditions.
All parents and carers are warmly invited to attend the PTA's Annual General Meeting on Monday, October 11th at 6:30pm in the Main Hall.

PTA 200 Club
Raising Funds to Benefit the School Community
Rugby High School PTA runs a members' lottery, called the 200 Club, to raise funds for the benefit of all students in school. It is a good way to make a contribution to the PTA to fund those 'little extras' for the students over their time at the school.
Last year the PTA helped with the purchase of water fountains to be placed around the school, sports day badges, 'Poetry Slam' and extra equipment for the Science Department, to name but a few.
Buy a share for £12 and you'll be entered into every draw for a year. That's a chance to win a total of 40 cash prizes. The more shares you buy the greater the chance of winning!
Half of all the money raised goes to the school fund and the other half is distributed as prizes. It is open to parents, guardians, staff and friends of the school.
To take part, please download an entry form or fill in the online form & good luck!
Best wishes
Erica Milwain, 200 Club Organiser
